Refund Policy
View sourceWarranty Information (Purchase)
All Sims by Racers Sim Stages come with a 1-year limited warranty. Some components will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may extend beyond one year. The customer is required to pay shipping to Sims by Racers for any return.
No returns after 30 days.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all products returned within the first 30 days. If the unit is covered under warranty, the shipping charges from Sims by Racers to the customer will be paid by Sims by Racers.
Repair time will NOT be guaranteed.
Any return must have an RMA number assigned by Sims by Racers.

Shipping Policy
View sourceWe are an experienced high-end racing simulator manufacturer, designing custom simulators since 2004 for professional and amateur racing drivers. We offer e-commerce on sim hardware and gaming computers, and specialize in turn-key sim racing rigs delivered to your door with comprehensive service warranties and plans.
Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the product, configuration, and destination. Turn-key rigs and large chassis kits are crated and shipped freight; smaller hardware and accessories ship via standard carriers. Taxes, discounts, and shipping are calculated at checkout.
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping to Sims by Racers. If a unit is covered under warranty, the return shipping charges from Sims by Racers to the customer are paid by Sims by Racers (see the Refund Policy above).
